II: Description of Study Type and topic area of intervention; number of intervention arms; school level; school type; location of implementation; brief description of intervention arm(s) and comparison condition
III: Research Questions Confirmatory research questions, exploratory research questions (optional)
IV: Study Design Design category: select from randomized trial (RT), quasi-experimental design (QED), single case design (SCD), regression discontinuity design (RDD)

RT: unit of random assignment, presence of blocking, probability of assignment to treatment, unit outcome data is measured
V: Sample Characteristics Sample size at all levels, inclusionary and exclusionary criteria at all levels
VI: Outcomes Number of outcome measures associated with each research question, outcome domain, minimum detectable effect size for outcome, name of outcome measure(s), scale of measure, type of measure
VII: Analysis Plan Data to be used to show baseline equivalence, relevant covariates at each level of the model, description of analytic model, treatment of missing data, treatment for multiple comparisons
